A native of France, Haro is fluent in both English and French. An established leader in luxury hospitality, he has been consistently recognized for his unwavering dedication to the highest standards of service, attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

“I am delighted to join this bastion of elegance in the heart of Manhattan and honored to be a part of the incredible team that has made it one of the most sought-after addresses in the world,” said Haro. “Together, we will continue this extraordinary endeavor of offering the finest levels of luxury and guest experience, with this touch of boldness that makes The Mark one of a kind.”
