Sandos Hotels & Resorts Announces Two New Appointments

Sandos Hotels & Resorts announced Thursday the appointments of Alex Gray as the Director of Leisure Sales for their North American sales team and Javier Morales as their new Business Development Manager for Southeast – USA.
Prior to joining Sandos Hotels & Resorts, Gray held various key positions within renowned organizations including Product Manager for Apple Leisure Group, U.S. Sales Manager for Palladium Hotel Group, Sales Manager for Melia Nassau Beach All Inclusive Resort, and Director of Leisure Sales for Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun Resort.
As the Director of Leisure Sales, Gray will spearhead the development and exploration of new areas of opportunity for Sandos Hotels & Resorts, according to a press release.

Effective immediately, Morales also joins the team at Sandos Hotels & Resorts, bringing with him over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise within the dynamic hospitality industry.
Morales has played instrumental roles in successfully implementing and executing revenue-boosting programs for various companies, a different release said. Javier’s journey includes positions such as Director of Sales and Marketing at Air Jamaica, Leisure Sales Manager at the Doral Golf Resort, E-Commerce Manager at Marriott Caribbean and Mexico Resorts, Caribbean Product Manager at Certified Vacations, Latin America Destination Manager at the Palm Beach Conventions and Visitors Bureau, Sales Manager at the Florida Marlins Baseball Club, and Business Development Manager – Florida for Dolphin and Majesty Cruise Lines.
In his new role as the Business Development Manager for Southeast – USA, Morales will be responsible for developing and advancing brand recognition and sales in the region. Additionally, he will work closely with valued travel advisor professionals to foster strong partnerships and drive growth.
