Rosewood Bermuda Opens Mirador Bar with Patrón Tequila

Rosewood Bermuda has opened Mirador, a waterfront bar developed in partnership with Patrón Tequila.

Open daily from noon to 8 p.m., the venue overlooks Castle Harbour and features cocktails, Mexican-inspired food and coastal views. The cocktail program is built around Rosewood Bermuda’s exclusive Patrón Añejo Barrel, selected through Patrón’s private barrel program.

Bar Supervisor Israel Bennett is leading the cocktail program, which includes signature drinks such as the Rosewood Tequila Old Fashioned, Peppery Pomelo and Patrón Margarita Tree Flight.

Executive Chef Danny Khajekian’s menu includes shareable dishes, seafood offerings and Mexican-influenced items such as tuna tostada, mixed seafood cóctel and barbacoa torta.
