Michelin-Starred Chef Stefano Ciotti Leads BRAVA’s Reopening at The Bodrum EDITION

May 2024 — The Turkish Riviera’s most loved luxury escape, The Bodrum EDITION, is delighted to announce the reopening of BRAVA by Stefano Ciotti on June 5th, 2024. The resort’s signature al fresco restaurant will reopen for the 2024 season helmed by globally celebrated Michelin-starred chef, Stefano Ciotti. Boasting a new Italian concept and menu featuring fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, BRAVA by Stefano Ciotti will serve up an array of authentic plates crafted with the very best Italian produce to The Bodrum EDITION’s guests, local residents and day-trippers to one of the riviera’s most idyllic locations. The new fine dining spot will offer a luxurious culinary experience against the breathtaking backdrop of the Aegean Sea providing a destination to eat, drink, meet and socialise.

Chef Stefano Ciotti, whose illustrious career has earned him a coveted Michelin star, is known for his exquisite Italian cuisine, marrying tradition with modernity. His culinary philosophy focuses on using the finest local and seasonal ingredients, infused with creativity and passion. The newly reimagined BRAVA features a sophisticated and inviting ambiance, designed to complement Chef Ciotti’s artistry. The restaurant’s interior combines contemporary elegance with coastal charm, offering outdoor seating with uninterrupted views of the vast blue horizon. The new menu will feature handmade pasta, fresh seafood, and artisanal desserts, all meticulously prepared with vibrant twists and beautifulpresentation, made from the highest-quality ingredients.
Signature dishes at BRAVA include the exquisite Amatriciana, crafted with fior di latte, tomato, pecorino cheese, crispy bacon, cipolline, and parsley, as well as the classic Spaghetti Carbonara. Chef Ciotti also offers indulgent choices such as Tagliolini with Black Truffle, Lobster Cavatelli, and Chitarrine Al Ricci Di Mare, a house-made chitarrina featuring sea urchins, pecorino cream, and crunchy bread. For gourmet travellers seeking more than traditional pasta, BRAVA presents an array of salads, pizzas, and antipasti. Highlights include Tuna Tartare, Shrimp Cotoletta, a finely cut Sirloin Steak, Mushroom Chicken, and Roasted Lamb Chops, each prepared with Chef Ciotti’s expert touch.
