Bayside Resort Hotel Sells in Cape Cod

BOSTON, MA — JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group has announced in a press release that it arranged the sale of Bayside Resort Hotel, a 128-room hotel on Cape Cod in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts.

JLL worked on behalf of the seller in the sale to Bayside Yarmouth LLC. The hotel will be managed by Jamsan Hotel Management.

The 3.95-acre Bayside Resort Hotel features an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, family fun center, and more than 2,300 square feet of meeting space.

Situated on MA-28, the hotel is fewer than two miles east of Hyannis, 63 miles south of Boston, and 80 miles east of Providence, Rhode Island. West Yarmouth is one of the first stops on Cape Cod that travellers pass through. It is a history-rich area with iconic landmarks, museums, local restaurants, sandy beaches, and family-friendly attractions.

The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team was led by Managing Director Alan Suzuki, Senior Director Matthew Enright, and Analyst Emily Zhang.
