Hunter Hotel Advisors Announces Sale of Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East Brandon

ATLANTA – Hunter Hotel Advisors announced the sale of Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East Brandon, Florida. MIG Real Estate sold the property to Mike Desai and Bruce Patel for an undisclosed amount. Robert Taylor, Sophia Pittaluga, and Trey Scott of HUNTER’s Miami and Jacksonville offices arranged the sale on behalf of MIG. HUNTER continues to thrive in the Greater Tampa Area having sold 16 properties and generating over $402 million in sales in the last five years, according to a press release

The Hilton Garden Inn Brandon provides 152 guestrooms and suites to serve the increasing traffic in Tampa. The property is proximate to the Florida State Fairgrounds and adjacent to a variety of corporate demand generators such as Cognizant Technology and Citigroup’s 92-acre corporate Tampa campus.
