Remington Hotels Appoints Reader As SVP Of Operations

DALLAS– Remington Hotels announced today the appointment of Jason Reader as Senior Vice President of Operations. Reader will oversee the eastern half of the United States for the leading third-party management company and work closely with Chief Operating Officer, Stan Kennedy, to collaborate on owner relations, brand relations and overall operating performance systems and procedures.

Reader brings over two decades of experience in hospitality business to his new role. Prior to joining Remington Hotels, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Magna Hospitality. Preceding Magna, Reader spent 15 years at Pyramid Hotel Group where he held various leadership roles including over four years as Senior Vice President of Operations. In that role, he oversaw 50+ hotels that included responsibility for the lifestyle and independent division of hotels along with other full and select service properties under top lodging brands throughout the United States. Reader attended Trinity University and Emery Aviation College, where he earned his pilot’s license. He is also a member of the Hilton Distribution Owner Advisory Council and Moxy Advisory Council.

Outside of the office, Reader enjoys working out, traveling with his wife, watching football, including his favorite team, the Washington Football Team, and hanging out with his English bulldog, Olivia.
