Raines Names Brittney Jones VP of Strategic Partnerships
Raines, a fully integrated hotel development, management, and investment company, has named Brittney Jones as vice president of strategic partnerships. She’s responsible for executing a strategy to support the overall vision of Raines and playing an active role in driving the company’s growth. She continues to report to the company’s managing partners.
“Brittney has maintained a stellar track record during her time with us and demonstrated her ability to help us build hotels, relationships, and experiences through various means over the years,” said Grey Raines, managing partner of Raines. “Brittney’s sales experience, familiarity with strategic development within the company, and preexisting relationships in the hospitality industry are foundational to this new role. We’re excited to see what she can accomplish and how she can continue to position us as the premier hotel management, development, and investment company in the Southeast.”
With Raines for nearly a decade, Jones most recently served as the company’s first-ever vice president of sales, marketing, and revenue management, where she was instrumental in driving significant topline revenue to the company’s portfolio of branded and soft-branded properties in the Southeast, and generating new sales opportunities by developing and maintaining relationships in local communities and the hospitality industry. She added revenue management to her responsibilities in 2020 after taking on sales onboarding and support of new and existing hotels as the company’s sales director in 2019. She began her hospitality career with Raines in February 2015 as the sales director of Hotel Florence in Florence, SC.
