Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia Appoints New Chef de Cuisine at Prado

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – The Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia announced the appointment of Matthew Levy as the new Chef de Cuisine at Prado, the resort’s Spanish-inspired dining destination. Under the guidance of Executive Chef, Herve Cuyeu, with a culinary background deeply rooted in family tradition and a passion for creating extraordinary dishes, Levy brings his expertise and innovative approach to elevate the dining experience at Omni Montelucia, according to a press release.

Among Levy’s culinary passions, seafood and fine meats hold a special place. At Prado, guests can relish Levy’s favorite dish on the Summer Prix Fixe Menu – the Flat Iron Steak.

The Summer Prix Fixe Menu at Prado is priced at $55 per person for three courses, which is an exclusive offering only available once a year for local and traveling guests. Those who dine can choose from an enticing selection of main course options, including Organic Mary’s Chicken, Flat Iron Steak, Branzino, or Verdura, ensuring a diverse and memorable culinary journey. Guests will also get the choice between two desserts: the Arizona Sunrise Trifle and the White Chocolate Nectarine Bomba.
