December 2, 2022

One of Napa Valley’s most esteemed luxury hotels has reintroduced itself to the community as The Grand Reserve at The Meritage. Formerly named Vista Collina at The Meritage, The Grand Reserve at The Meritage, which is affiliated with the celebrated Meritage Resort & Spa, welcomes guests under its new name and has unveiled an enhanced menu of luxury services and experiences.

“We are thrilled to embark on this new chapter for the resort as The Grand Reserve at The Meritage, a name that proudly reflects the premier quality standard that the property epitomizes,” said Joe Leinacker, managing director of The Meritage Resort & Spa and Grand Reserve at The Meritage. “By refocusing our guest experience on Napa Valley’s unique offerings and pairing them with luxury amenities and unparalleled service, we hope to create an atmosphere where lasting memories can be made.”

The new name is a nod to the resort’s location in the heart of California’s Napa Valley Wine Country. Offering premier accommodations along with stunning views of hillside vineyards, The Grand Reserve at The Meritage is a tranquil retreat featuring 145 guest rooms and 39 luxury suites. Guests enjoy soothing, Tuscan-inspired décor, natural stone bathrooms, and luxe bath amenities. To further enhance the experience, the suites boast comforts such as spacious living rooms, kitchens, separate bedrooms, deep soaking tubs, dining areas ideal for entertaining, and expansive views of the surrounding hills.

The Grand Reserve at The Meritage aims to exceed guest expectations for a world-class luxury stay with exceptional hospitality and newly introduced amenities provided by its expert staff. Some of the service enhancements guests can look forward to include pre-arrival concierge curation calls, complimentary valet parking, a welcoming glass of Champagne upon arrival, and luggage delivery. Guests will also enjoy daily Nespresso and fresh roast coffee in the property’s living room, Saturday evening wine tasting experiences with visiting vintners, wine education opportunities, special musical performances, signature nightly turndown service, and the Meritage village transport.
