Bay Gardens Resorts Completes First Phase of $13M Enhancement Program

RODNEY BAY, Saint Lucia — Bay Gardens Resorts has completed the first phase of a multiyear property enhancement program that has included $13 million (USD) in renovations, new dining concepts and other upgrades across its portfolio during the past two years.
Additional phases are planned through 2028.
“This investment reflects our long-term commitment to continually improving the guest experience while remaining true to the authentic Saint Lucian hospitality that has defined Bay Gardens Resorts for more than three decades,” Executive Director Sanovnik Destang said. “Completing this first phase is an important milestone, and we’re excited to build on that momentum in the years ahead.”
Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa received a redesigned lobby and renovations to Hi-Tide Restaurant. The resort also added Driftwood Pizzeria and Bay Bites, a solar-powered beachfront food truck.
At Bay Gardens Hotel, the company renovated the lobby, all standard guestrooms, the buffet room and the restaurant. Guestroom updates include light wood furnishings, woven textures and blue accents.
Bay Gardens Marina Haven received a redesigned lobby and renovated guestrooms with new furnishings and coastal décor. Dining-area improvements include new restaurant furnishings, a renovated buffet area and Knots Bar, a new poolside bar.
Bay Gardens Inn now has an updated lobby with new furnishings and a dedicated baggage storage area. Guestroom renovations are scheduled to be completed later this year.
The company also recently opened Sapphire Sands Villas by Bay Gardens Resorts, a villa hotel with butler service, a spa and an Asian-Caribbean fusion restaurant.
Future projects include renovations to beachfront guestrooms at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa and upgrades to conference facilities across the portfolio in 2027.
