It would take way longer for him to grow his following to double his client load, when he probably could just send a few emails and get some referrals within a week from his existing network. Welcome/Nurture Series

When a subscriber opts into your list, they’re giving you a special opportunity to enter their world. Imagine you were going on your first date. You want that encounter to be perfect. Not missing a beat with your body language, mannerisms, and with the words you speak. The Welcome/Nurture Series is your opportunity to give immediate value, forge solid rapport, and subtly introduce your hospitality offerings. I recommend putting together a 5-day email series. Prioritize delivering as much value as you possibly can and show them how you can help them with not only meeting but exceeding their expectations.

Abandoned Cart Email Series

This is an absolute must. The timing of this is crucial. I recommend sending two emails within 24 hours of the cart abandonment to capitalize on the customer’s or guest’s initial interest. Include a clear and prominent call-to-action that directs them back to their cart to complete the purchase.

Cross-Sell Email Series

The goal of the cross-sell email series is to promote products or events that complement a customer’s or guest’s recent or past purchases. This can help boost the customer’s lifetime value.
