VANCOUVER, B.C. – Coast Hotels Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of APA Hotel Canada, Inc. and one of North America’s fastest-growing and one of Canada’s largest hotel brands, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Ferguson as Director of Development.
In his new role, Ferguson will focus on growing Coast Hotels’ portfolio of franchised and managed hotels in North America specifically targeting Canada to support the company’s exponential growth strategy.

Ferguson has an extensive hotel management, consulting and valuation background working for several hospitality companies. Most recently, he served as Director and Practice Co-Lead for CBRE Hotels Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) group in Canada, where he completed feasibility studies and valuations for a large number of accommodation and tourism-related real estate in Canada and abroad.
