The Seahaus Hotel and Its Restaurant, Cucina Del Mar, Opens in Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — Coury Hospitality, a lifestyle hospitality management company, has announced in a press release the grand opening of its newest boutique property, The Seahaus Hotel, marking the debut of the first Marriott Tribute Portfolio lifestyle hotel in this New Jersey tourist destination. Located on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, this non-gaming hotel offers a seaside retreat, focusing on immersive culinary experiences and oceanfront tranquility for its visitors and guests.

Inspired by the New Jersey shoreline, The Seahaus Hotel offers 105 guest rooms, including 53 single rooms, 40 double rooms, and 12 suites. Capturing the spirit of the sea and sand, each room features a modern blend of soft, nautical-inspired style and comfort.

Featuring amenities designed and curated for beachfront relaxation, guests can enjoy seamless beach access, an onsite fitness center, live weekend entertainment, and wellness, golf, and boating offerings in partnership with local vendors. In addition to an onsite coffee shop, CDM Bakery + Café, the oceanfront hotel also opens with the addition of a new signature restaurant, Cucina Del Mar.

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Cucina Del Mar serves authentic Italian coastal dishes that showcase Mediterranean flavors while emphasizing fresh local seafood and seasonal ingredients. Under the direction of Executive Chef Nick Faucher, who has led the kitchens of several Atlantic City restaurants, guests can enjoy a variety of dishes, such as Grouper Acqua Pazza with cherry tomatoes, roasted fennel, Calabrian chili, and fresh herbs; Pan-Seared Dayboat Scallops with sweet pea purée, blistered cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs; house-made seasonal Seafood Chowder, and more. The restaurant features a craft cocktail list inspired by Atlantic City and its ocean views.
