The Peninsula Hong Kong Expands Luxury Fleet with Six New Rolls-Royce Phantoms
May 1, 2025
HONG KONG — The Peninsula Hong Kong has announced in a press release that it will add six new, bespoke Rolls-Royce Phantom Extendeds to its transport fleet in late May to offer guests a new generation of luxurious transport.
The Peninsula and Rolls-Royce have maintained a relationship for more than half a century, beginning with The Peninsula Hong Kong’s first Rolls-Royce order in 1970.
“The arrival of these six bespoke Rolls-Royce Phantoms represents a new benchmark for The Peninsula Hong Kong,” said Joseph W.Y. Chong, regional EVP, Asia/managing director of The Peninsula Hong Kong. “Much like The Peninsula, Rolls-Royce embodies the pinnacle of style, quality, and timeless elegance. With their extraordinary design and high-tech comforts, these motorcars will further allow us to extend our legendary hospitality and finesse beyond our doors.”
Rolls-Royce first introduced the Phantom in 1925; in 2003, a new release was launched: the Phantom Extended Wheelbase.
The oldest member of The Peninsula Hong Kong’s fleet remains the restored 1934 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Sedanca de Ville, which is just six years younger than the hotel itself.
Today, guests at The Peninsula Hong Kong can choose from an array of opulent transport options. Along with its collection of customized Rolls-Royces, the hotel’s current fleet includes Bentleys, Alphards, and privately chartered helicopters.
