General Manager Michael Dunbar Assumes Leadership of Fairlane Hotel

NASHVILLE – New general manager Michael Dunbar will take the lead on hotel operations, guest relations, and execution of strategy for Fairlane Hotel, a luxe 79-room property in downtown Nashville.

“We are excited to welcome Michael Dunbar as the general manager for Fairlane, where he will no doubt improve the level of excellent service to all guests and team members,” says Chett Abramson, COO of Oliver Hospitality. “Fairlane Hotel is known for having the right balance of luxury and rebellious spirit, so we’re thrilled that Michael is here to help convey that to guests.”

As a veteran hotelier, Dunbar brings nearly 25 years of industry experience and a keen eye for raising expectations to achieve luxury standards and five-star qualities, according to a press release. He will oversee employee performance and guest satisfaction within the property, while also monitoring and developing team member performance, and encouraging professional development.

Prior to his role at Fairlane Hotel, Dunbar successfully opened and managed AC & Element Hotels by Mariott in San Antonio Riverwalk. Dunbar also held general manager roles at Dream Midtown in New York, New York and 21c Museum Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio.
