ORLANDO, FL — Caribe Royale Orlando, this central Florida city’s only AAA Four Diamond all-suites convention resort, is expanding its versatile meetings and events offerings with its new Coral Ballroom and Martinique breakout rooms. Set to open this December, according to a press release, the 20,000-square-foot addition will bring the resort’s total meetings and events space to more than 260,000 square feet.
“Meeting planners continue to choose Caribe Royale Orlando because of our team’s commitment to delivering tailored, customizable experiences,” said Vice President of Operations/Managing Director Amaury Piedra. “The new ballroom and breakout rooms integrate seamlessly with our existing venues, offering fresh opportunities for planners to get creative and design events that reflect their unique vision. With modern design, adaptable layouts, and support from our experienced in-house team, these new spaces are built to inspire productivity, innovation, and celebration.”
The new Coral Ballroom spans 13,087 square feet with 25-foot ceilings and it can be divided into three sections that can accommodate up to 1,056 guests for banquets or 1,436 guests reception style. Complementing this space is the Coral Foyer, a 3,120-square-foot pre-function area ideal for networking receptions and registration needs. The adjacent Martinique breakout rooms offer five flexible, 900-square-foot spaces, each designed for smaller sessions and executive gatherings. Combined, the Martinique breakouts can accommodate up to 300 guests for banquets and 480 guests theatre style.
Groups who book the Coral Ballroom and Martinique breakout rooms will also receive access to the resort’s food and beverage offerings. As an independently owned property, the resort’s culinary team has the flexibility to accommodate special requests and craft customized menus that align with each planner’s unique vision. Executive Chef David Hackett empowers his team to work closely with groups and design tailored culinary experiences.
To help planners visualize their events, the resort is offering an immersive virtual reality aerial tour of the Coral Ballroom and Martinique breakout rooms prior to their debuts in December.
Located just minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort, Caribe Royale Orlando recently emerged from a $140 million renovation that includes fully remodeling all of its one-bedroom suites, a new 50,000-square-foot grand ballroom, and a 20,000 square-foot event lawn. The new 20,000 square-foot Coral ballroom and Martinique breakout rooms will bring the total meeting and event space to 260,000 square feet. The reimagination also includes an inviting new lobby, the expansion of the AAA Four Diamond The Venetian Chop House restaurant, the new Rum Bar featuring Bacardi, the renovation and repositioning of The Market, the addition of a Starbucks, and the newest dining option, Stadium Club, a sports bar and entertainment venue featuring 360-degree game-time viewing and eight pro-level sports simulator suites. Privately owned, Caribe Royale Orlando is a member of WorldHotels’ Elite portfolio.
