Villatel Launches Multi-Brand Hospitality Platform

ORLANDO — Villatel has launched a multi-brand platform that organizes the company into two business lines: Villatel Resorts and Homes by Villatel.

Villatel Resorts will focus on resort properties that pair larger-format accommodations with hotel-style hospitality, while Homes by Villatel will focus on professionally managed vacation rentals that meet the company’s brand standards.

The company said the structure is intended to give guests, owners and development partners a clearer distinction between its resort and vacation rental offerings. Villatel Resort Orlando will serve as the flagship property for the resort brand.

Villatel said it plans to expand both business lines through development, acquisitions and third-party management opportunities in leisure markets nationwide.
