Kolter Hospitality Names Lori Gertzman as Vice President of Human Resources

Kolter Hospitality announced Monday that it has named Lori Gertzman as Vice President of Human Resources. Gertzman will oversee all human resources initiatives including talent acquisition, benefits & compensation, payroll, employee relations, training & development, and legal compliance.

“Lori joins the Kolter Hospitality family with a stellar background and experience in expertly leading large organizations across the ever-changing landscape of human capital management,” said Scott Webb, President of Kolter Hospitality. “As a leader in hospitality, our people are paramount to making the customer experience an incredible one… and it all starts with a respected human resources division led by a visionary like Lori.”

Gertzman has over 15 years of human resources experience and success solving complex organizational problems and developing leadership capability in fast-paced environments, according to a press release.  She has globally led human resource divisions for major technology, financial services, hospitality, healthcare, and security businesses.  Gertzman has a BS from Lynn University, and she is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Junior League of Boca Raton, and the Fundraising Chair for 4FosterKids.
