Hilton Global Brands President Chris Silcock to Retire in 2027

MCLEAN, Va. — Chris Silcock, president of global brands and commercial services for Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., plans to retire in the first quarter of 2027, according to a company filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Hilton announced Silcock’s planned retirement May 5, along with several leadership updates that will take effect later in 2026.
Laura Fuentes, executive vice president, chief human resources officer and head of Hilton Supply Management, will move into the role of chief brand officer. Chris Wilroy, chief commercial officer, will join Hilton’s executive committee. The company also is conducting an outside search for a newly created chief technology officer position.
According to his company bio, Silcock has worked for Hilton for nearly 30 years and currently oversees the company’s global brand strategy and management, owner relations, performance support, technology, sales, revenue management, distribution, enterprise data and analytics, customer engagement, marketing and loyalty.
Before becoming president of global brands and commercial services, Silcock served as Hilton’s chief commercial officer. In that role, he led the company’s global sales modernization process, established Hilton’s first enterprise data and analytics team, and helped move revenue management toward a more data-driven model.
Silcock has held several leadership roles at Hilton, including head of revenue management and online and regional marketing. He began his Hilton career as a catering and banquet waiter at Hilton Watford in the United Kingdom.
He also has consulted for hospitality companies in Europe and has served on the boards of Groups360 and Roomkey. Silcock holds a Bachelor of Science in computer studies from the University of Essex.
