Simultaneously, the indoor pool and outdoor space, located on main floor, bring a sense of playfulness with a free-spirited edge, brought to life with a playful color palette, string lights, greenery, golden rubber duckies, and a tremendous two-story mural featuring Dallas icons including the Pegasus, a symbol of the city.

The property has a prime geographic location nearby many of Dallas’ top attractions and social hubs including Southern Methodist University, Mockingbird Station, Greenville Avenue and trails leading to White Rock Lake. Given its centralized setting and multi-purposed refurbishment, The Beeman is designed to cater to all audiences become one of the city’s centers for socializing. Furthermore, the lobby area includes an idyllic library-esque destination, serving as an area for guests to relax or catch up on work, and the space is available for private events.

The property will also soon be unveiling Seely’s Mill Texas BBQ restaurant, located on the main floor for guests and locals to enjoy. The restaurant welcomes both guests and locals with a menu inspired by Texas’ famed BBQ, and regular entertaining programming.
