Soul Community Planet Taps Osse For Head Of People Services

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA–Soul Community Planet (SCP) has named Katie Osse to the newly-created position of Head of People Services. In her role, Ms. Osse will be responsible for the leadership and strategy for all human resources functions at the company, including people management, training and development, talent recruitment and retention. She will report directly to SCP Co-Founder and CEO Ken Cruse.

Prior to joining SCP, Ms. Osse served as the Director of People at Daydream – a startup combining upscale lifestyle apartment living with fully-managed home sharing.  Past experience also includes Vice President of Talent Development at Denver-based Destination Hotels, where she managed the Human Resources strategy for the company’s 40+ independent hotels, along with tenures at Sage Destinations and Marriott International.

Ms. Osse, a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, will be based in Denver.
