Sage Hospitality Group Welcomes Austin’s Hotel Van Zandt to Portfolio

DENVER – Sage Hospitality Group announced today the recent addition of Hotel Van Zandt and Geraldine’s to its diverse portfolio of more than 110 hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues in 14 states across the U.S. Located in Austin, TX, on iconic Rainey Street, the newly-independent hotel joins the Sage Independent Hotel Collection which is now comprised of 18 properties.

The 319-room hotel, which opened in 2015, is well-located in Austin’s Rainey Street district – the most popular entertainment district in the downtown area. With its heart rooted in the musical spirit of Austin, Hotel Van Zandt is a AAA Four-Diamond property committed to giving guests a true taste of the city through local sourcing, inspired design and curated amenities.
