Rosewood Hotel Group Announces Executive Appointments

Rosewood Hotel Group, a leading global hospitality company comprised of five inspiring brands – Rosewood Hotels & Resorts®, New World Hotels & Resorts®, KHOS™, Asaya and Carlyle & Co. – is pleased to announce two new executive appointments. Former Group Vice President, Food and Beverage, Ivan Suardi has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Global Product and Concept Development, and Keno Lung joins Rosewood Hotel Group as Vice President, Global Employee Experience and Talent. These key leadership additions support Rosewood’s ambitious expansion and growing presence in the global luxury lifestyle arena.

Ivan joined Rosewood Hotel Group in 2010 initially as the Group’s Vice President, Food and Beverage. Prior to joining Rosewood, Ivan served as the Director of Food and Beverage Project – Asia Pacific for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In his new position with Rosewood Hotel Group, Ivan will leverage his creativity in an expanded capacity to guide the group through an exciting roadmap ahead. Ivan will lead the innovation initiatives across new hotel and resort product openings in accommodations, events, food and beverage and well-being concepts, while supporting the Operations and Design and Project Services teams.

At Rosewood Hotel Group, Keno will focus on the creation of a group center of excellence in employee experience, talent acquisition, and talent development, working in partnership with Rosewood Hotel Group’s Vice President of Global Talent and Culture, Hotel Operations, and Corporate Business Partner, Deborah Kelly. Keno joins Rosewood from Louis Vuitton where he served as Head of Human Resources Hong Kong & Head of Talent Acquisition & Development, North Asia. His previous experience also includes roles at Apple and Lululemon within human resources.
