RLH Corporation Opens First Dual-Branded Property

DENVER–RLH Corporation (NYSE: RLH) (or “RLHC”, “the Company”) announced today the opening of their first dual-branded property, the newly constructed Red Lion Inn & Suites and Americas Best Value Inn Katy, TX. Featuring two of the Company’s eight brands, Red Lion Inn & Suites and Americas Best Value Inn Katy, TX targets RLHC’s efforts to uphold an owner-first mindset with flexible property improvement plans and brand standards.

The four-floor, 63-room dual-branded property delivers guests with convenient, comfortable Texas hospitality at the best value while also tapping into the Red Lion Inn & Suites brand motto of becoming a homebase for adventure in the Lone Star state. Floors will alternate between the two brands, with the Americas Best Value Inn brand on odd-numbered floors and Red Lion Inn & Suites on even-numbered floors. Groups and events are accepted at the property hosting a 624 square foot meeting room, designed for meetings and events of up to 50 people.

The Americas Best Value Inn portion of the property will feature 26 comfortable guestrooms with complimentary Wi-Fi and a mini-fridge and microwave in every room. There will also be convenient common area amenities such as a business center, guest parking, and a laundry room.

A quintessential feature of the Red Lion Inn & Suites brand, the hotel lobby will have a Whidbey Coffee Station, at no cost to hotel guests. The 37 Red Lion Inn & Suites guestrooms will feature 55” TVs, brand approved premium bedding, and the ever-popular Cascadia Soapery amenity collection.
