MINNEAPOLIS—Radisson Hotel Group Americas today announced the signing and opening of a portfolio of eight Radisson Individuals hotels throughout Colombia and Panama. The portfolio is owned and operated by Faranda Hotels, a renowned hotel company in Latin America and Spain.
The eight hotels have already opened their doors as Radisson Individuals and there are advanced negotiations to sign additional properties in the Caribbean and Latin America with Faranda Hotels. Each of the hotels provide phenomenal accommodations in unique destinations, offering a taste of paradise along stunning beaches and in charming cities rich with culture.

Among the hotels within the portfolio are two landmark properties in both Colombia and Panama. This includes Hotel Caribe by Faranda Grand, the first hotel to open in Cartagena back in 1945 just steps away from Bocagrande Beach. As well as Hotel El Panama by Faranda Grand in Panama City, renowned for its beautiful event space with 25 meeting rooms to accommodate 5,000 guests. Three boutique hotels are opening within the historic Walled City in Cartagena, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hotels will also open in Bogota, Barranquilla, and Cali, with the opening in Cali marking the reintroduction of Radisson Hotel Group Americas in this market.
