PCH Hotels & Resorts Opens Third-Party Hotel Management Services to Additional Ownership Groups
Officials at PCH Hotels & Resorts, a hospitality management, acquisition and development company, today announced the company officially has expanded its services to include third-party hotel management services for additional ownership groups.
“Historically, we have provided third-party hotel operations services for a select group of hoteliers, but as the market continues to rebound post-pandemic, we believe now is the time to begin offering our services to a larger pool,” said Jim Buckalew, chairman and CEO of PCH Hotels & Resorts. “Having operated hotels since 1999, PCH understands what it takes to manage a successful hotel that provides outstanding guest services and a profitable bottom line with 2022 a record year.”
With 200 years of combined operational experience, PCH leaders have been involved with over 500 properties and has received numerous awards and accolades for our growing portfolio, including recognition by Marriott, IHG and several travel related publications.
PCH provides the following management services: hotel operations, food & beverage management, revenue management, spa operations, capital budget management, accounting services, human resources and IT services.
PCH’s operations team provides a strategic and data-driven approach toward positive topline development, market share growth, budgeting, community stewardship and guest experiences. With a focus on experiential lifestyle hotels and resorts, the company excels in both branded and independent, boutique hotels across the Southern U.S. PCH also operates two dozen-plus F&B outlets, as well as six European spas.
Additional acquisition and development abilities offered by PCH include due diligence assistance, repositioning and rebranding analysis, brand selection and evaluation, capital expenditure assessment and CAPEX plan development, hotel design and site plan analysis, IT Infrastructure, 3 – 5 year proformas, business plan development, market and revenue projections, franchise agreement review and assistance and pre-opening services.
