Omni Hotels & Resorts Announces Two Senior Leadership Appointments
DALLAS–Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the senior leadership appointments of Brent Lessing to chief information and digital officer, and Natalie White to vice president of CRM & loyalty.
Since joining Omni Hotels & Resorts in 2019 as chief information officer, Brent Lessing has led the Information Technology team, and made strides in improving the company’s core infrastructure to move to cloud-based technologies. In his new role as chief information and digital officer, Brent’s responsibilities will expand to include CRM and loyalty, and developing the brand’s digital strategy to improve the guest experience.
“Throughout Brent’s time at Omni Hotels & Resorts, he has proven himself to be a critical driver of our next-generation IT strategy,” said Peter Strebel, president of Omni Hotels & Resorts. “I continue to be impressed with Brent’s strategic capabilities, adoption of the Omni culture, and I look forward to his continued leadership.”
Brent holds dual degrees in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA with a specialty in leadership from Walden University. He also completed the Wharton School’s Executive Education Program.
New to Omni Hotels & Resorts and the Information Technology team, Natalie White has been appointed to vice president of CRM & loyalty. In this role, Natalie will be responsible for refining and leading Omni’s loyalty and customer relationship management programs to drive engagement, focus on growing customer lifetime value, and increase revenues.
“With Natalie’s depth of hospitality experience, and more than 20 years of accomplishments in building highly effective campaigns that drive revenues, I’m confident she will make a great addition to the team,” said Strebel.
Prior to joining Omni Hotels & Resorts, Natalie worked as a consultant, where she was responsible for creating loyalty, digital, and eCommerce strategies.
At the start of her career, Natalie worked her way up on the operations side of the hotel business before moving to her true passion of marketing. Previously, she has held marketing leadership roles at Wyndham Worldwide, Kimpton Hotels & Resorts, Vino Volo, and Aimbridge Hospitality.
Natalie grew up in North Dakota and, mostly to escape the cold, she headed south to attend New Mexico State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and hotel & restaurant management. While growing up, the golden rule was deeply instilled in her, a value that Natalie still believes and exercises through her leadership.
