The 14-story, 255 guestroom hotel includes 13,000 square feet of meeting space. A full service ground floor restaurant and a casual all-day café + lobby lounge, fitness center and pool deck with panoramic views provide a contemporary environment for working, relaxing and entertaining. The interior design concept showcases the Uptown community and several natural landmarks. An art installation behind the reception desk features reclaimed wood as a backdrop to scenes of local landscapes, terrain, outdoor activities and neighborhoods.
While the lobby is designed for entertainment and conversation, the guest rooms and suites are soothing, minimalist, and sleekly arranged for leisure and workability. Throughout the property, traditional details of the neighborhood are blended with new materials and technology to create a fresh modern look. The lobby lighting plan is laid in track configuration as a striking nod to the nearby K-T route of the Union Pacific Railroad which eventually became the iconic Katy Trail.
