Kelbert Fleming Named New Executive Director of Catering & Events at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa

JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa recently welcomed Kelbert Fleming as Director of Catering & Events.

With close to 30 years of experience, Fleming brings his leadership talents, large conventions and meetings expertise and in-depth knowledge of the culinary and hospitality industry to the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry team.

A Florida International University alumnus, Fleming began his career as Catering and Convention Services Manager at Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami, Florida. Fleming most recently held the position of Director of Catering and Event Management at The Diplomat Beach Resort, CURIO Collection by Hilton in Hollywood, Florida. In this role, he successfully led the property’s Catering & Events team, oversaw banquet and catering operations and developed revenue-driven initiatives. Prior to The Diplomat Beach Resort, Fleming served as the Regional Director of Meetings and Events at Performance Hospitality Management in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Director of Catering and Event Management at Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Florida.
