JACKSON HOLE, WY–Located at the base of Snow King Mountain and considered one of Jackson’s premier destination resorts, Snow King Resort is in the midst of finalizing $3.5 million dollars in interior and exterior resort enhancements, including the addition of its new Grand View Spa which is slated for completion in September of 2022, according to General Manager Gregg Fracassa.
Grand View Lodge Meeting Space
Commencing in April of 2022, meeting upgrades included 8,000-square feet of meeting space, pre-function space and public areas that comprises The Grand View Lodge which is adjacent to the main resort. The refreshed color palette reflects a more mountain modernistic theme reflected in the décor’s clean lines, new lighting and textured fabrics, while still depicting the warmth and boldness of the lodge itself. New crisp rustic greys and light ecru colors highlight the weathered wood, stone and metal accents throughout the lodge giving it a lighter brighter feel. Enhancements included all new interior paint, slate entryway that was extended to the walkway of the rotunda, carpeting, and a host of new artwork that portrays various winter birch images. The refreshed colors and textured fabrics are reflected in all new draperies and furniture pieces including couches, swivel arm chairs, credenzas and coffee tables. In addition, new chandelier lighting and sconces were added as well as upgraded mahogany conference tables and banquet chairs.
Snow King Resort features more than 20,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor function space between The Grand View Lodge and the resort, and offers multiple meeting options from executive boardrooms, breakout rooms and the expansive Great Lawn, to the Grand Teton Ballroom with breathtaking views of the Tetons.
The New Grand View Spa
The shining jewel in Snow King Resort’s crown will be the addition of the 9,000-square foot Grand View Spa, located within the Grand View Lodge, which is slated for completion in the fall of 2022. This will make Snow King Resort the largest, destination resort in Jackson with a full-service spa.
“The addition of The Grand View Spa will greatly enhance the overall guest experience at Snow King Resort, giving us a competitive edge as the only resort in Jackson proper with a full-service spa,” said Fracassa. “The spa’s overall interior design and treatments will pay homage to the region, its natural elements and organic surroundings, and will be an amenity our guests can enjoy all year.”
With a neutral color palette of mountain-esque colors that reflect the location’s scenic beauty, the Grand View Spa will feature six treatment rooms including a couple’s suite, his and her private lounges, an infrared sauna, a co-ed halotherapy lounge, movement studio, lobby and retail boutique. According to Fracassa, the Grand View Spa will be the first in Jackson to offer a halotherapy lounge and possibly the first in Wyoming to offer the FDA-approved Air Beautification Filtration System by Skin Authority in every treatment room, lounge and public spaces.
