Hunter Hotel Advisors Announces Sale of Best Western Ocean Breeze Inn Hilton Head Island

ATLANTA – Hunter Hotel Advisors announced the sale of Best Western Ocean Breeze Inn Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Hilton Head Hospitality LLC sold the property to an institutional buyer at an undisclosed price. Trey Scott, Senior Vice President of HUNTER, advised the seller. The new buyer intends to reposition the property as a Spark by Hilton.

Located in the heart of South Forest Beach, the Best Western Ocean Breeze Inn provides 63 rooms to serve the increasing demand to the island. The property is less than a mile away from Coligny Beach Park, home to more than 60 specialty shops and local restaurants. Directly adjacent to the property is the prestigious 17-court Van Der Meer Tennis Facility, one of the most well-known tennis academies that draws in both tourists and residents alike. Numerous golf courses are nearby, including Harbor Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage PGA Tour event which draws more than 130,000 visitors to the island annually.
