What do you think of when you hear AI? Is it frightening? Is it exciting? Everyone has varying opinions on the topic, but regardless of what you think, it’s not going to disappear. In fact, it’s going to rapidly accelerate. We will dive into how you can transform your hospitality company by completing more work in less time using AI.

I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the best content writers in the social media game. Matt Gray, Dakota Robertson, Tatsuki Thomas, and Kieran Drew all have combined millions of followers across various social media platforms. I will guess you probably haven’t heard of any of these individuals, but they have all doubled their followings and revenue using AI.

Newsletters, which I talked about in last week’s article (if you haven’t read it, I highly recommend you go read) aren’t just something that is “nice” to have for your hospitality company, but a necessity. All the of people mentioned above have implemented ChatGPT into their businesses. Why? They’ve been able to utilize it in a way that doubles their content output in a shorter amount of time.

Influencing and inspiring your customers to act can be a difficult task through written word. Coming up with new content weekly or even daily is difficult. AI helps simplify the process and creates inspiration for you to help promote your products and services. AI also helps give you more creativity when building out email newsletters, campaigns, and social media content. Entering accurate prompts in AI tools can give you a very specific response as to how you market to your hospitality audience through email and social media, but don’t just copy and paste word for word. Personalize your messages by including your own thoughts, advice, and expertise.

AI not only is a time-saver, but it more accurately identifies your target audience’s wants and needs. For example, let’s say your hotel is launching a new and improved room service operation. AI tools can scrape data from various social media platforms, online forums, and service review websites. It can then identify keywords across the internet and whether the related topic has been positive, negative, or neutral in your hotel or others in your field of competition.

By leveraging AI for sentiment analysis on social media data, your hospitality company gains valuable insights into the preferences and expectations of your potential customers. This allows you to develop products and marketing strategies that resonate better with the target audience, leading to higher customer satisfaction and increased sales.
