HighSide Companies Completes Construction On Cambria Hotel New Haven University Area In CT
DENVER–HighSide Companies – an integrated real estate company based in Colorado – is thrilled to announce that it has completed the development of the Cambria Hotel New Haven University Area in Connecticut.
Ideally situated within walking distance to Yale University and historic downtown New Haven, the six-story hotel is the first property in Connecticut for Choice Hotels International’s upscale Cambria Hotels brand.
The 130 bright and spacious guest rooms all feature modern fixtures, 50-inch flat-screen TVs, plush bedding and spa-inspired bathrooms with Bluetooth mirrors. The on-site restaurant serves a locally inspired menu and offers both indoor and outdoor seating along a full bar pouring craft cocktails, wine and beers.
Other amenities at the hotel include an open-concept lobby featuring local art, a state-of-the-art fitness center, free Wi-Fi and a business center. The hotel also offers multi-function meeting and event spaces.

Baskervill served as the architect and interior designer for the Cambria Hotel New Haven University Area, with KBE Building Corporation serving as the general contractor.
