For more than three decades, Coury Hospitality has specialized in the design, development and operation of boutique and luxury hotels, restaurants and event spaces. Currently, Coury Hospitality owns and operates 17 individual hotels or standalone dining outlets nationwide, inclusive of several under development.

Growth Amidst the Pandemic
Coury Hospitality continued to bolster its portfolio despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic. Since August 2020, Coury Hospitality opened two boutique hotels and a food hall creating 250 new jobs, 150 of which are in North Texas. It also took over management agreements for two luxury hotels. Hotel Vin, Autograph Collection is a stunning boutique hotel located in the heart of historic Grapevine, Texas. In addition to the kitchens, Harvest Hall is home to Third Rail and the Harvest Hall Main Bar, as well as the Main Line Coffee Bar.
Located in the city center of Carmel, Ind., Hotel Carmichael, Autograph Collection is an architectural masterpiece inspired by the work of 18th century architect Robert Adam. Situated on the Monon Trail, a point of cultural and creative discovery, it delivers a distinguished experience for today’s discerning traveler.
Recently joining Marriott International’s Tribute Portfolio, Cyrus Hotel is an elegant hotel situated in the heart of downtown Topeka, Kan. Built with contemporary design with a dash of Midwestern charm, its ideal location is close to the Kansas State Capitol Visitor Center, Topeka Performing Arts Center, the Jayhawk Theatre and the Downtown Topeka Plaza.
The charming Pierpont Inn in Ventura, Calif. features spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the scenic coast. The property will become part of the Tribute Portfolio in the coming years.
In Development & Primed for Future Expansion
Current Coury Hospitality developments include The Barfield, Autograph Collection, which will open July 2021, is the first and only luxury boutique hotel in Amarillo, Texas. Also opening the summer of 2021 is Persimmons Bar & Grill at the Grapevine Golf Couse, which offers golfers and locals alike an exceptional contemporary American menu featuring locally sourced fare. Additionally, a renovation is underway of the historic First National Bank in Oklahoma City transforming its 190,000 square feet into The National, a stunning 193-room property slated for 2022. Additional projects include Hotel Indy, which is an intimate 90-room property in the heart of Indianapolis, Ind., as well as two other luxury properties located in Mountainview, Calif and Tulsa, Okla.
