Courtyard by Marriott in Greenwood Village, Colorado, Debuts After Extensive Renovation

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Marriott International, Inc. announced that renovations to the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Tech Center are now complete, according to a press release. The 155-room hotel unveiled its new look after a transformation that includes renovations to the exterior, guest rooms, fitness center, lobby, courtyard and Bistro, as well as a Topgolf Swing Suite with two interactive bays.. The hotel is owned by Clarion Partners and Barth Construction led the renovation project.

Courtyard by Marriott Denver Tech Center is situated in Greenwood Village, 20 minutes from downtown Denver, near numerous companies and attractions, as well as many shopping, dining and entertainment options.

The Topgolf Swing Suite bays, powered by Full Swing Technology, are ideal for guests looking to improve their golf swing, a fun family outing or an interactive teambuilding experience for groups. Each bay can host up to eight people at a time and are available to rent for business or family gatherings.

Each of the hotel’s guestrooms were renovated to include plush bedding, new carpeting, furniture, wall coverings and draperies as well as Courtyard’s signature features such as functional workspace, spacious bathrooms, complimentary in-room high-speed Internet and mini-fridge. Other guestroom amenities include the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu, Netflix and YouTube accounts through the large HDTV.

Amenities at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Tech Center include an updated 24-hour fitness center, two meeting rooms, a courtyard area and the Bistro restaurant serving refreshing breakfast choices in the morning and a variety of dinner and cocktail options in the evening.
