Cornerstone Collective Names Paschal Hospitality Sales Representative
CHICAGO—Officials of The Cornerstone Collective today announced that Molly Paschal has been named hospitality sales representative. In her new role, Paschal will be responsible for expanding Cornerstone’s hospitality and procurement business throughout the United States with a focus on select-service through upper upscale and resort properties.
“With the continued vaccination of the country reassuring the public that it is safe to travel again, the industry is beginning to fire on all cylinders. In other words, a great deal of construction, development and renovation projects are starting to resume,” said Suzie Hall, founder and president, The Cornerstone Collective. “With 15 years of sales experience and a plethora of hospitality industry relationships, Molly is the perfect fit for our team as we look to help more owners resume and/or begin new hotel projects that were delayed over the past year and a half by the pandemic. Our collective approach with detailed recommendations to design properties safely, intelligently and prudently, better positions us to assist owners as they navigate the tricky waters ahead, from sourcing materials to providing world-class design solutions.”
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Paschal was an account leader with Chicago-based Thomas Interiors, where she was responsible for generating more than $3 million annually in sales. Previously, she held numerous sales and operational positions with a variety of hospitality companies, including private dining sales & events manager with Union Square Hospitality Group and senior business travel sales manager with Commune Hospitality/Two Roads Hospitality. She received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Indiana University and an Interior Design Certificate from the NY Institute of Art & Design.
“This position affords me the opportunity to marry two of my professional passions, design and hospitality,” Paschal said. “I look forward to using my sales skills and existing contacts as the Cornerstone Collective pursues its aggressive growth goals. I see this as a very meaningful way to both utilize my existing capabilities and learn more from the fantastic team Suzie has put together already.”
