With an entire floor dedicated to wellness, guests can enjoy a plethora of workout classes, like hot yoga and spinning, in the state-of-the-art fitness room, yoga room, and gym. After a wellness-oriented activity, guests can rest their muscles in the 25-yard indoor heated pool, Hammam or outdoor jacuzzi while enjoying the sweeping views of the St. Lawrence River.
The Club Med Spa by Sothys
The resort’s Club Med Spa by Sothys, a world-renowned French luxury spa brand, is a peaceful haven designed to reflect nature’s beauty, with fauna and flora present in the tiles and flowering branch decals covering the walls. À la carte treatments, which incorporate natural ingredients, are designed to heal body and mind and are offered in one of seven single rooms or as a pair in a double room. All spa goers will have access to a hot and cold therapy pathway which offers a relaxing journey of experiences – including a snow fountain, cold shower, and cold bath as well as an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna – designed to increase energy, boost overall mood, and improve circulation.
