Amish Naik, VP Of HREC Opens Charlotte Office
DENVER–HREC Investment Advisors, North America’s leading hotel real estate advisory firm, has announced the expansion of its brokerage platform with Amish Naik, Vice President leading a newly opened brokerage office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
“With the tremendous growth occurring in the various regions of the Carolinas, I am very excited to begin an office in Charlotte on behalf of HREC. By having an active presence in the region, I believe we are in an optimal situation where we can leverage our unique platform to assist and advise lodging owners in a variety of ways,” stated Naik.
Amish will focus on both investment sales of single assets and portfolios for various clients in the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic region. Previously based in the Washington DC area, Amish has vast transaction experience in the hospitality industry. He independently advised numerous institutional and high net worth hotel owners on acquisitions, dispositions, and debt placement. Prior to that, he was a managing partner for a Mid Atlantic hotel company that specialized in acquiring and repositioning both full service and select service hotel assets.
Amish has previously been named to the Real Estate Forum’s Top 15 Under 35 “Emerging Leaders” in Hospitality. In addition, he has previously been active in industry organizations by taking on Ambassador positions for both the IHG Owners Association and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). He was also a committee member for the AHLA Under 30 Gateway Chapter.
