The Stoneleigh to Debut Multi-Million-Dollar Transformation in Spring 2026

DALLAS, TX — Brookfield Properties has announced in a press release that the transformation of The Stoneleigh in this city, will debut in spring 2026. As part of its revival, the hotel will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection, a portfolio of more than 330 hand-selected properties worldwide celebrated for their unique design, exceptional service, and authentic guest experiences. Central to the property’s multi-million-dollar transformation are fully reimagined interiors by award-winning boutique design studio Fettle and a distinguished new culinary program led by James Beard Award–winning Chef Michael White.

Once the epicenter of Dallas’ arts and social scene, The Stoneleigh’s next chapter honors its past while ushering in a new era inspired by American designer Dorothy Draper. Every detail — from expansive guest rooms and cinematic interiors to immersive community programming — has been curated to create a retreat where heritage, artistry, and modernity converge.

Chef Michael White — whose accolades include five simultaneous Michelin stars and multiple 3- and 4-star reviews from The New York Times — will helm The Stoneleigh’s full culinary and cocktail program, debuting two original dining concepts designed exclusively for the property.
