Rick is Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement for Disney Theme Parks and Resorts. He leads global sourcing strategy for the Theme Parks in Florida, California, Hong Kong and Paris. In 1996 he joined ESPN as the Director of Sourcing and Procurement. He was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement, Media Networks prior to transferring to Theme Parks and Resorts in 2005. Rick began his sourcing career with Aetna Life and Casualty. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and received his MBA from the University of Hartford. He has served on several boards including the Greater Bristol United Way, the Connecticut Association of Purchasing Management and is currently Chairman of the Florida Minority Supplier Development Council.

As co-founder of global Design Duncan Miller Ullmann (Dallas, Hong Kong, Shanghai), Miller has been commissioned to design for the rich and famous around the world. Her creative design talent has truly made its mark in very highly visible projects from exclusive New York City penthouse designs, the famous Beverly Hills Mosaic Boutique Hotel, and Hotel ZaZa (Dallas and Houston) which was voted as one of Conte Nast’s Hottest Hotels. Her portfolio includes design for several world renowned celebrity chefs such as Michelle Richard of Citronelle fame, Stephen Pyles, the mastermind of Dragonfly Dallas, as well as the Seattle Fish Club for Todd English. Her design reputation expands the globe with prestigious residential, hotel and restaurant projects in Dubai, throughout the Caribbean and mainland China. Her talent has led her to the commissions from such luxury brands as St. Regis, Ritz Carlton and Mandarin Oriental where she is able to fuse that perfect blend of residential luxury and unforgettable experiences. Miller’s prestigious awards are numerous, including Hospitality Design Platinum Circle Award (2008) and recent recipient of the International Achievement Award for Mid Size Businesses (2009). Her successes and talent are evident by her development as CEO of the 15th largest international design firm in the world. When asked what most has attributed to her continued success, Miller stated “listen to your client, believe in their dreams and always personally design for them.”

Rich Bennett, a 30-year hospitality industry veteran in operations and corporate management was named vice president of Design & Supply in 2003. Bennett leads the procurement and design efforts of the brand. Best Western Supply, with offices in Phoenix and Toronto, serves as a one-stop shopping source for member hotels fulfilling all of their construction, renovation and operating requirements. The design team at Best Western assists new build, conversion and existing hotels with comprehensive design assistance. Each year Best Western Supply hosts the industry's largest tradeshow, showcasing products and services from several hundred suppliers. Best Western purchasing program generated sales in excess of $200 million last year. Bennett began his career in operations as food & beverage director at several Ramada and Sheraton hotels. He then spent 21 Years at Prime Hospitality where Bennett was responsible for Prime's purchasing efforts, energy and fleet management. During his tenure, Prime's purchasing group facilitated the construction of nearly 200 hotels and the periodic renovations at 230 hotels in Prime's portfolio. Bennett is a member of the Institute for Supply Management.

Mario Insenga is the president and founder of The Refinishing Touch, a world leading company providing on-site environmentally safe, furniture re-finishing and re-upholstery to private and public organizations, based in Alpharetta, GA. Mr. Insenga oversees general management, strategic operations, and business development for the company across the United States. He founded the company in 1977 after he assisted in a furniture-refinishing project for a major East Coast hotel chain and had his first taste of the hospitality refinishing business. Today, he has successfully grown the company from his one-man operation to a staff of over 100 employees servicing over 200,000 hotels, university and college residence halls and military dormitories and quartering across the country. In 1998, Mr. Insenga introduced his newest division to The Refinishing Touch, Touch Textiles, which offers exclusive selections of upholstery fabric products, to give clients “one-stop shopping” for furniture and upholstery and Reupholstery service. This new division he launched also provides expertise in product development and design.
