With more than a decade in the hotel industry, Glenn enjoys the world of hospitality and traveler as an observer of trends, educator and guest. He is known for his lightening rod viewpoints on controversial lodging industry issues and is a frequent moderator and speaker at leading events.
He also serves as an adjunct professor at New York University helping tomorrow’s hotel industry executives prepare themselves for a future in hospitality. He teaches classes in Consumer Behavior, as well as Public Relations & Advertising.
