These are intended to convey Best Western’s various product experiences; upscale, upper-midscale and midscale, to properly set guest expectations at the point of booking. The new levels have enabled each type of Best Western hotel to index higher REVPAR than its competitive set.
To compete in the growing extended stay market, Best Western introduced an extended stay prototype offering developers an upper-midscale product designed for a BEST WESTERN PLUS level property. Working closely with our applicants, we find the right hotel for each market, in order to maximize ADR, revenue and asset value.
