LOS ANGELES–—CBRE Hotels announced that it has arranged the sale of the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas located at 400 North State Route 89A in in the heart of Uptown Sedona, Arizona. The high-end, boutique resort sold to Glacier House Hotels for an undisclosed amount.
CBRE Hotels’ Jennifer Bergamo, of CBRE's Phoenix office, along with Larry Kaplan and Mark Darrington of CBRE's Denver office, represented the seller, Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas I, LLC in the transaction.
