PHOENIX––Total Customized Revenue Management, LLC (TCRM) today announced two additions to its executive team, a move that comes on the heels of a rapid period of growth for the company and will help support its imminent international expansion. Closing out 2016, TCRM has solidified its presence as a leader in hospitality revenue management, adding Janet Bazan, director of business development and client relations and Jeff Mayo, director of brand services to support the company’s rapidly growing client base.
With more than 20 years of professional experience in sales and account management, Bazan (at left) spent nearly a decade with Orbitz Worldwide – developing and managing partnerships in the Southwest. She has also served as a Strategic Account Manager with Pegasus Solutions – liaising for large accounts such as Wynn, MGM/Mirage and Aston Hotels. Mayo (at right) has a breadth of experience in the hospitality industry and has assumed roles with Hilton Worldwide and Marriott International. His knowledge expands from limited-service to full-service properties upwards of 1,000 rooms.
“Since our launch in 2012, our company has seen exponential growth and our expansion into the international market represents a huge milestone for us,” said Lily Mockerman, TCRM’s President and CEO. “Adding Janet and Jeff to the team will provide us with the talent we need to hit the ground running and continue to spread our business model to become the leading provider of Revenue Management services for the hospitality community and beyond.”
With an average revenue increase of 407% each year since 2012, TCRM has become a premier provider of revenue management services to the hospitality industry. The company couples more than 75 years of combined experience with innovative approaches to drive ROI for clients, using analytical skills and a tech-savvy approach to help identify and solve challenges. TCRM’s offerings range from task force and ongoing revenue management to system and brand conversion, one-on-one and classroom training, strategic evaluations and data entry. The company’s clients are provided with customized services and packages to propel revenues and help each property reach the next level of success.
In addition to adding to its team in support of an aggressive growth campaign, with continued international expansion on the horizon, TCRM has adopted a new look and feel for its logo and marketing materials to better reflect its leadership positioning and unique qualities. The new logo is composed of a hand-served platter with an increasing bar graph – representing company culture, growth, service and connection to the hospitality industry.
