Signature Worldwide, a leading provider of training and business solutions, announced today that Dave Hamilton has been named a Board Affiliate of the International Association of Reservation Executives (IARE).
Hamilton, a senior vice president at Signature, has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience. He joined Signature in 1992 as a director of training and was soon promoted to senior vice president and company principal. He has worked with hundreds of hotel managers and thousands of sales and service personnel across the United States, and has been instrumental in developing many of Signature’s proprietary training programs. Hamilton also oversees Signature’s sales and service training at contact centers, casinos and spas.
“The International Association of Reservation Executives is pleased that Dave Hamilton has been named a Board Affiliate,” said Ronda Trog, president of IARE. “Dave’s leadership and experience in the travel and training industry will be a welcome addition to the IARE Board.”
Hamilton adds, “As with all boards or oversight committees on which I have served, it's all about having a passion for the industry and wanting to share and learn from others. I'm not looking for connections to enhance or advance my personal career or aspirations. I have, over the years, worked with reservation executives all over the globe and feel that I can bring value to this important organization.”
According to Trog, as a Board Affiliate, Hamilton will participate in board meetings and assist in delivering on the IARE vision of providing benchmarking on current challenges and finding real solutions through networking.
