ATLANTA—Hotel Equities (HE) recently added the management of the Four Points by Sheraton in York, Pennsylvania. Located at 1650 Toronita Street and serving the business district on the city’s north side, the hotel is Hotel Equities’ first in the state of Pennsylvania. Sky Points Hospitality, LLC owns the 146-room property and plans a renovation.

“We’re excited to add another Four Points by Sheraton hotel to our growing portfolio and partner with P’tosh Hotels as we continue our growth in the northeast.” said Joe Reardon, Sr. Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Hotel Equities. “Our award-winning guest service, sales and revenue management, along with our best-in-class operations team and Four Points experience and knowledge will deliver exceptional value back to our owner as we make an impact within the community.”

“Sky Points Hospitality is committed to delivering an impressive renovation that will position the hotel as the premier location around York to host regional and local meetings and social events,” said Dominic Buompastore, Hotel Equities’ Vice President of Operations/Full Service & Resorts. “The meeting space, restaurant and bar concept set it apart from other hotels throughout the market.”

Situated in the heart of York, the "Factory Tour Capital of the World," the Four Points by Sheraton York provides easy access to the Harley Davidson Museum, historic downtown York, and the York Fairgrounds, home of America's first fair. The Gettysburg Battlefield is an easy drive to the west with Lancaster County and the Amish country to the east. Hershey, the sweetest place on earth, is located nearby to the north.

“We are very pleased to add the Four Points by Sheraton York to our growing portfolio,” said a P’tosh Hotels’ executive. “We have picked an excellent management company in Hotel Equities whose strong value systems, ethical practices and winning track record will ensure the hotel’s success.”

At the Four Points York, guests may dine at the Trio Restaurant and Lounge and enjoy local craft beers. The hotel features an enclosed pool plus whirlpool/hot tub, a fitness center, business center and fast, free Wi-Fi. Three multi-functional rooms in the hotel include 3,115 square feet of flexible space perfect for meetings, events or weddings. On-site catering is also available.
