Destination Hotels understands that traveling with children can sometimes make packing a challenge, which is why the company has teamed with Babierge, a leader in baby gear rentals, to provide its guests an opportunity to utilize baby gear during their stays at its hotels and resorts.
Babierge has teamed with a series of “trusted partners,” independent concierges who rent out, deliver, and set up a wide variety of baby gear in a guest’s hotel room, to provide family travelers with all the comforts of home.
“Many of our guests are traveling with their families and we are always looking for ways to further enhance the experience at Destination Hotels,” said Jamie Sabatier, CEO of Two Roads Hospitality, the parent company of Destination Hotels. “For families traveling with young children, we know this meant coming up with offerings that will ensure the trip is convenient and stress-free. Babierge truly makes family travel that much easier, and allows our guests to focus on having fun and creating lasting memories together.”
Babierge provides travelers with both essential baby gear as well as items to keep babies happy, and in turn—help parents enjoy their vacation more. Examples of items available through this service include strollers, cribs, Pack ‘n Plays, cradling swings, toys, books and more.

Rental prices vary by market but an average guest rental from Babierge may include such items as the BOB Revolution PRO Jogging Stroller ($12/day); InLighten Cradling Swing ($8/day); BabyBjorn Travel Crib ($12/day); EvenFlow Baby Exersaucer ($5/day); plus toys and books.
“Besides making travel to our properties accessible and hassle-free, Destination Hotels is committed to helping guests experience authentic, local surroundings of our beautiful properties, and that includes even our youngest visitors,” Sabatier said.
Destination Hotels offers a collection of luxury and upscale independent hotels, resorts and residences across the U.S. and Caribbean, with more than 40 properties in its portfolio. The partnership between Destination Hotels and Babierge is just one of the ways that the company is working to create a seamless family travel experience. Other family-friendly initiatives include kids’ camps and kid-friendly menu items.

The new service is now available at the majority of the company’s hotels and resorts and will continue to grow as the number of trusted partners increases.
Destination Hotels has begun a strong campaign to get the word out about the new offerings and is sharing the news through social media, newsletters and other marketing efforts at the home office and property level. Babierge has also been an ideal partner in helping spread the word.
