Destination Hotels uses the solutions at several of its other properties, including: The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, N.C.; Quirk Hotel in Richmond, Va.; The Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz.; and Town and Country Resort & Convention Center in San Diego.
An upscale all-season mountain resort, Suncadia offers a variety of accommodations, ranging from a small intimate inn to a collection of luxury homes and condominiums. The resort also includes a conference center, fitness facility, spa, amphitheater, golf course and several restaurants. The management team wanted fully integrated point-of-sale and payment gateway solutions that would optimize food and beverage delivery while securing sensitive cardholder data. The Agilysys solutions met the property's criteria, with state-of-the-art features and functionality that will help Suncadia provide seamless service and offer an exceptional guest experience.

• InfoGenesis POS ─ a comprehensive point-of-sale system that combines an easy-to-use terminal and tablet touchscreen application with industry-leading offline capabilities. Designed for multi-unit and complex operations, InfoGenesis POS features real-time reporting, support for packages and prix fixe menus, and multi-language capabilities that drive service flexibility and increase operational efficiency. The system easily manages any combination of food, beverage and retail services, and integrates with both other Agilysys next-generation solutions and a wide variety of third-party providers.
• InfoGenesis Flex ─ Agilysys' mobility solution that offers full point-of-sale functionality delivered on a convenient tablet device. InfoGenesis Flex provides signature capture, adaptable kitchen and receipt printing for large service areas, and a feature-rich mobile experience for foodservice operations. The solution is designed to keep revenue flowing and guests satisfied in the most demanding high-volume environments, and its powerful offline capabilities ensure uninterrupted performance, even when Wi-Fi connectivity is inconsistent. • rGuest Pay ─ the Agilysys payment gateway solution that enables complete and secure payment processing. It leverages one of the only offerings that includes: validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE), which reduces the potential for malicious hacking and fraud; a Payment Information Proxy (PIP) that secures data arriving via e-commerce interfaces; robust tokenization, which eliminates storage of cardholder data; and a full range of fixed and mobile EMV-ready payment devices that ensure compliance with new card security regulations.
