The new BEST WESTERN Bogor Icon is a modern, 16-story midscale hotel located in the heart of Bogor, easily accessible from Jakarta and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. It is also situated just 15 minutes’ drive from the Bogor Presidential Palace and Botanical Garden.

Guests are offered the choice of 345 contemporary rooms, all offering comfortable bedding, mini-bars, room service, complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs with international satellite channels.

The hotel’s all-day dining restaurant serves up delectable international and Asian dishes, and guests can also relax in the swimming pool or work out in the fitness center.

For the MICE market there is also a choice of meeting rooms, including a ballroom that can host large-scale events of more than 1,000 guests.

“Best Western International’s Indonesian expansion strategy is now in full swing, and BEST WESTERN Bogor Icon is another excellent addition to our fast-growing collection of hotels across the country,” said Ron Pohl, Best Western International’s Senior Vice President of Brand Management.

“With its ideal location close to Jakarta and excellent transport links, Bogor is becoming a key destination for both domestic and international travelers. BEST WESTERN Bogor Icon is an important addition to our Indonesian portfolio, complementing our existing collection of five hotels in nearby Jakarta” Mr. Pohl added.

Olivier Berrivin, Best Western International’s Managing Director of International Operations – Asia, commented; “Best Western International has identified Indonesia as one of its most important markets and our arrival in Bogor marks another major milestone in our nationwide expansion strategy. We look forward to welcoming guests to this excellent new hotel.”

BEST WESTERN Bogor Icon becomes Best Western International’s 14th hotel in Indonesia and its sixth in the West Java and Jakarta region. Its launch comes just weeks after the opening of the BEST WESTERN PREMIER The Bellevue in Jakarta.
